In the cyber forensics AI provides a useful tool for dealing with and resolving big data sets. during an investigation ,AI can assist forensic experts to managing and doing analysis at multiple levels.

FORENSIC SCIENCE

Forensic science is the application of scientific methods to investigate the crimes. forensic expert collects the DNA and Fingerprintes to investigate the crime.

AI in Criminal investigation

AI technology may be used to prepare data repositories so that it can be routinely stored in the system and accessed as needed. In criminal Investigation AI can be great tool in many ways like-

1. Data analysis and availability to support the investigating.

2. It helps to recognising pattern.

3. Building statistical evidence.

AI can help in recognizing patterns

In the time of investigation you have to spot the difference and complete the picture. so patterns may be quite particular and complicated at time making them is difficult to follow. AI technology helps to identify the patterns and they collects the different componets to match with the existing data.

Providing Legal Solutions

AI can assist the legal community with quick solution when needed.

Improving Communication

AI assists in bridging the communication gap between various participants in this sector .

Statistical Evidence

Statistical evidence is used to support the narrative and arguments in forensic science. it may also be used to create graphical model that can be used to establish claims, allowing the law to make better decisions.

Creating Repositories

AI has the potential to be a good tool to store, analyze and use this data for legal purposes.

In a forensic investigation AI has some advantages also-

-It helps the businesses for detecting illegal behaviour from massive volumes of unstructured data, such  as videos ,emails, text files.

AI is quickly becoming the most important applied science in all areas of life.this technology can make job easier but it will never be able to replace with forensic expert .Beacuse forensic science is an area of specialist, and AI will never be able to reach that level, it will only serve as a supplemntary tool.
