According to the Consensus Death is assumed as a Bad thing and Life is assumed as a good thing. 1)What are we going to experience after death ? Ans- Uncertain 2)What are we going to experience in our life from now ? Ans-Uncertain We consider Death as being more bad than life because comparatively 1st is more uncertain than 2nd. If you notice most of the time we dislike transition,so when we took birth we cried (uncertainty) and similarly near death also we cry(grieve about it). Transition though can always be termed as unwanted but cannot be always termed as not needed. Now coming to the question, Let us consider we are going on a trip and we leave our home, and we ask ourselves why to go on a trip when we are going to return home ? In order to find ourselves,to have fun,to add something to our personality,to experience new things,to spend time with our loved ones. Same is the answer to the question What is the point of living if we can die at any moment of our life ?

The reason behind our life should keep us going,we should find and attain the reason daily :) So that after we die the question should not arise, why I lived when I didn’t serve the purpose of living :)
