What is hydration pack/ hydration bladder?

Hi This is Rial well this post is specially for those who love to travel from one location to other using motorcycle or the people who do tracking. Dehydration occurs when your body does not have accurate amount of fluid in your body. Dehydration can be defined in three stage:- 1) Minor 2) Medium 3) Major Depends  on your body consist of fluid / liquid. This can lead to symptoms like fever, diarrhoea, weakness etc. To make body hydrated it is important to increase some water content in your body. Increasing water content in body immediately after running cause problem or after any activity that makes you tired. So the main focus of hydration bladder us to provide that amount of water in one sip which can be handle by human body after any activity. Hydration Bag pack / bladder Hydration bladder is a pocket type material which hold water liquid which is attached to a pipe for easy sip and bag pack is used to carry  hydration bladder.
